Meet Keysha!

I was born and raised in Upstate New York and later relocated to Northern Virginia in 2001.  I’ve been a resident of Northern VA for over 17 years and have been happily settled in the Gainesville area with my husband and two daughters for the last 13 years.

I have been working in the financial and banking industry for over 20 years where I have held executive management roles for both larger and smaller companies; two of those companies being startups which I absolutely loved and is one of the many reasons I was so drawn to the vision of Pearson Smith Realty.

A fun fact about myself is that I serve as a board member for a nonprofit organization where our focus is serving the underserved and homeless communities in Northern Virginia. I strongly believe that no person should be left behind in our life’s mission and I’ve made it my own personal motivation to live each day by helping and giving to others.  I am excited to use this same passion with my work in real estate in helping others accomplish their home buying and selling goals.  I have such a love for houses and when I’m not watching my daughter on the softball fields, you can catch me watching any and all shows on HGTV!

I am a hands-on go-getter so rest assured, I have no problems rolling up my sleeves, doing the work, and going the extra mile for my clients.  I pride myself in the work that I put out to the world and will not rest until my clients are 100% satisfied.  I am looking forward to working with you!
